Visual Arts gives students the opportunity to demonstrate their creativity and artistic flair. The Visual Arts Team have endeavoured to create a curriculum that gives students access and exposé to a wide variety of artistic skills and medium. Working closely with the wider Caladenia community has seen the Visual Arts Team engage with the Department of Education WA and Aboriginal Elders to create exhibitions and pieces that are of a high quality but are culturally sensitive.

The Visual Arts Team also collaborates with Languages and Music on a regular basis to include a range of cross-curricular activities and outcomes. The Caladenia Explicit Instruction model, and the integration of Kagan structures, ensures student engagement and participation in this Learning Area.
