We want our community to have the best experience in dealing with our school and therefore make the following suggestions:

• Make an appointment to see teachers after school – morning are always a rush for everyone including the teacher and because we open our doors at 8.15am each morning, teachers have a duty of care to your children which means that they must be super aware of every child in the room at that time. If you give the teacher an idea of your discussion needs, your child’s teacher will prepare well for the interview, ensuring a good outcome for you.
• If you have an issue to discuss with the Deputies or the Principal, please make an appointment as we are a very large school and all our Executive leaders are extremely busy in classrooms, attending to students, parents and in meetings. We do not want you to be disappointed in not being able to obtain a resolution.
• The Front of Office staff are here to assist you in any way they are able – they are reliable and friendly people who can help you with a myriad of things.

We train our staff in high quality service skills for our community. They are always pleasant and accommodating and helpful.
